I am a happily married mom of 2 (Emerald, June 2008 and Connor, September 2011). I am currently attending culinary arts school to become a baking and pastry chef. My husband is currently undergoing treatments for Hodgkins Lymphoma (dx Aug 2011), so if I disappear for long periods, this is why. My mom is the one who taught me to cook, and my grandma taught me to bake. I have been doing both sence about age 8. My mom has passed away (2009), so her memory is brought to life in my cooking and baking.
