Spinach Stuffing Balls

Ingredients You'll Need
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 (6oz) package stuffing mix (I used chicken)
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 teaspoon sale
1 (1O ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 clove garlic, smashed
3 tablespoons chicken broth
Directions
Combine eggs, stuffing, butter, parm cheese, and salt.
Add spinach, mix well. Shape into 1 1/2 in. balls. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 350 for 12-15 min. or until lightly brown!
