Baked Ziti (World Famous)

Ingredients You'll Need
1 box pasta (I prefer Barilla's Mini Penne)
8 oz. Ricotta
8 oz. Mozzarella
1 can of your favorite brand pizza sauce
salt/pepper/garlic to taste
Directions
Boil pasta (I salt the water) until JUST cooked. Drain. Put in a big bowl and add both cheeses, sauce and spices. Mix well. Place in a microwave safe dish you can cover. Put in the microwave and heat on high until bubbling. At least 10 minutes, often 15... depends on how cold the cheese was and how cool you let the noodles get. Serve and enjoy.
