Baby Glazed Carrots

Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup baby carrots
2 Tbsp butter
¼ cup orange juice
2 Tbsp brown sugar
¼ tsp powdered mustard
Pepper to taste
Directions
1 Place carrots in a saucepan and add 1 inch of water; bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes or until tender‐crisp.
2 Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter with orange juice, sugar, mustard, and pepper; cook and stir until thickened.
3 Drain carrots and drizzle with butter mixture
