Ingredients You'll Need
Sweet potato ingredients
3 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter
Topping ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 cup chopped toasted pecans
Directions
After mashing sweet potatoes, add sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and butter. Mix well. Cut brown sugar, flour and butter together until crumbly. Add chopped pecans. Place sweet potato mixture in greased casserole. Top with pecan topping mixure. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
