1 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour, sifted
1 1/4 cups ground almonds
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions
Cream butter, vanilla, 1 cup powdered sugar, salt. Add nuts. Blend in flour. Shape dough into balls or moons using 1 teaspoon of dough. Bake on ungreased sheets for 325 for 15-18 minutes.
