Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients You'll Need
10 ounces Swiss cheese, diced
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon papper
pinch of nutmet
6 large boneless chicken breasts, pounded thin
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups Ragu Chunky Gardenstyle spaghetti sauce
Directions
In a medium bowl, thoroughly combine cheese, eggs, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Place 1/4 cup cheese mixture in the center of each chicken breast. Roll and secure with tothpicks. In a large skillet, thoroughly brown chicken on all sides in hot oil. Drain fat. Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken. Simmer, covered, 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
