Ingredients You'll Need
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups pumpkin mix
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup nuts, chopped
Directions
Mix together and bake at 400* for 12 minutes. Can frost with:
1 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
1 cup brown sugar
Boil until soft ball stage. Icing will appear thin. Allow time to thic
