Ingredients You'll Need
2 eggs
1 large can creamed corn
1 teaspoon salt
4 ounces canned mushrooms
1 stick butter, melted
2 10 ounce frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
2 tablespoons onion, grated
dash pepper
1 can french fried onions, reserve 1/2
8 ounces Pettridge farms herb seasoned bread stuffi
Directions
Combine all but stuffing and butter. Melt butter and add stuffing exdept for 1/4 of it. Mix and put in 3 quart casserole. Sprinkle top with remaining stuffing and onion. Bake 40-45 minutes, uncovered in 350 degree oven.
