Glazed Lemon Squares

Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup bisquick
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup flaked coconut
2 eggs
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon Bisquick® baking mix
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
Mix 1 cup Bisquick and powdered sugar. Cut in butter. Press into ungreased square 8x2" pan. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown about 10 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over baked layer. Return to oven and bake until set, about 25 minutes. Loosen edges from side of pan while warm. Spread with glaze. Cool completely and cut into 1" squares. GLAZE: Mix 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice until smooth.
