Fruit Salad with Strawberry Vinagarette

Ingredients You'll Need
1 large head of leaf lettuce
1 red onion, peeled, halved,slice
2 avacodoes, peel, pit, sliced
2 navel oranges, peeled and sliced
STRAWBERRY VINAIGRETTE
1 cup olive oil
1/2 pint strawberries
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
Directions
Arrange lettuce, onion, avocado and orange on platter. Drizzle with dressing. Garnish with berries. Combine oil, strawberries, vinegar, salt, pepper, taragon (1/4 teaspoon), and sugar in a food processor. Whirl until the strawberries are pureed. The vinaigrette dressing can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated. Stir before using.
