Easy, Easy Delicious Crock Pot Potato Soup
Why I Love This Recipe
This so easy, just throw in a crock and dinner is ready when you get home
Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 small onion diced
4 cans cream of potato soup
4 cans sliced or diced white potatoes, 1 can drained
1 can Pet Milk
1 pkg cream cheese
1 stick of real butter
1 cup of water or whole milk
Salt & Pepper to taste
Opitional:
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Chopped Chives
Directions
Add onion and butter to a hot crock pot. when butter and onion are melted and soft add all the other ingredients , cook for 5-6 hours. on med. or low...yummy
P.S you can also add a can of cream of celery
and top with cheddar cheese and chives or even bacon if you wish.
