Very tasty and refreshing dessert.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 1/2 cup cool whip
1 cup cottage cheese small curd
1 small pkg. cherry sugar free jello (or reg.)
1 can pineapple chunks
Directions
Put jello and pineapple together along 1/4 cup water and bring to boil. Let cool, the add remainder of ingredients. You coul also add a few miniature marshmallows and chopped nuts and top with cherries.
