Mom's Thanksgiving Casserole

Ingredients You'll Need
4 large chicken breasts
1 stick of butter
1 package of Pepperidge Farm Cornbread Dressing
1 tbsp onion powder
(other seasoning if preferred)
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
Directions
Boil the 4 large chicken breasts. Remove from bones and set aside. Remove broth.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Melt the stick of butter and stir it into the package of dressing. Add the onion powder and any seasonings you would like (garlic is great!)
In separate bowl, add the 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and dilute it with about 1/2c of the reserved broth. Mix well.
In a casserole dish, begin with a layer of dressing crumbs, then a layer of chicken, next a layer of cream of chicken mixture. Repeat with a layer of dressing, chicken, cream mixture. Top the final layer with more dressing crumbs.
Bake at 350°F until browned.
