Ingredients You'll Need
1 English Cucumber
1 Green Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Gochugaru (substitute with Gochujang)
2 Tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
1 Tsp Cane Sugar
2 Tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
Directions
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix very well so that the gochugaru is evenly distributed.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
